I have to say that this was a pretty successful first attempt at making soup completely from scratch. In my normal fashion I didn’t follow a recipe, just experimented and came up with a great new easy, fast recipe.
As with all of my other recipes I say use the ingredients to your preferred taste, for example I only like a little bit of salt but you might like a lot (but don’t over do it, you want to say healthy afterall :P)
One tip is to add more peas than corn, the corn doesn’t get as smooth and leaves little pieces in there, I like that bit of texture but others might not.
Tip: Eat with tortilla chips (yum!)

Frozen Organic Corn
1. Blend the peas, corn, almond milk, and yogurt in the blender until smooth (make sure to thaw the peas and corn first to make blending easier)
2. Put combo into pan and heat while adding the rest of the ingredients
3. Serve and enjoy!
